הַ֥לְלוּ יָ֨הּ ׀ הַֽ֭לְלוּ אֶת־שֵׁ֣ם יְהוָ֑ה הַֽ֝לְלוּ עַבְדֵ֥י יְהוָֽה׃

שֶׁ֣֭עֹֽמְדִים בְּבֵ֣ית יְהוָ֑ה בְּ֝חַצְר֗וֹת בֵּ֣ית אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃

who stand in the house of the LORD,
in the courts of the house of our God.

הַֽ֭לְלוּ־יָהּ כִּי־ט֣וֹב יְהוָ֑ה זַמְּר֥וּ לִ֝שְׁמ֗וֹ כִּ֣י נָעִֽים׃

sing hymns to His name, for it is pleasant.

For the LORD has chosen Jacob for Himself,
Israel, as His treasured possession.

כִּ֤י אֲנִ֣י יָ֭דַעְתִּי כִּי־גָד֣וֹל יְהוָ֑ה וַ֝אֲדֹנֵ֗ינוּ מִכָּל־אֱלֹהִֽים׃

For I know that the LORD is great,
that our Lord is greater than all gods.

כֹּ֤ל אֲשֶׁר־חָפֵ֥ץ יְהוָ֗ה עָ֫שָׂ֥ה בַּשָּׁמַ֥יִם וּבָאָ֑רֶץ בַּ֝יַּמִּ֗ים וְכָל־תְּהוֹמֽוֹת׃

Whatever the LORD desires He does
in heaven and earth,
in the seas and all the depths.

מַֽעֲלֶ֣ה נְשִׂאִים֮ מִקְצֵ֪ה הָ֫אָ֥רֶץ בְּרָקִ֣ים לַמָּטָ֣ר עָשָׂ֑ה מֽוֹצֵא־ר֝וּחַ מֵאֽוֹצְרוֹתָֽיו׃

He makes clouds rise from the end of the earth;
He makes lightning for the rain;
He releases the wind from His vaults.

Who causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; He maketh lightnings for the rain; He bringeth forth the wind out of His treasuries.
בְּרָקִים לַמָּטָר עָשָׂה. הֵם זַהֲרוּרֵי הָרָקִיעַ הַמַּבְרִיקִים וּמֵאִירִים לִפְנֵי הַמָּטָר, שֶׁקּוֹרִין אשליילד״ש בְּלַעַ״ז:
He made lightning for the rain They are the flashes in the sky, that flash and lighten before the rain; esloyde, esluyde, esludes, esloisdes, aleydonz in Old French.
מוֹצֵא. לְשׁוֹן מְצִיאָה, כְּלוֹמַר: אוֹצָרוֹת תִּקֵּן לָרוּחַ, וְשָׁם הֵם מְצוּיִין לוֹ לְשָׁלְחָם בְּמִשְׁלַחְתּוֹ:
He finds Heb. מוצא, an expression of finding. i.e., He prepared a treasury for the wind, and there they are accessible to Him to send them on His mission.
ח׳
שֶֽׁ֭הִכָּה בְּכוֹרֵ֣י מִצְרָ֑יִם מֵ֝אָדָ֗ם עַד־בְּהֵמָֽה׃

He struck down the first-born of Egypt,
man and beast alike;

שָׁלַ֤ח ׀ אֹת֣וֹת וּ֭מֹפְתִים בְּתוֹכֵ֣כִי מִצְרָ֑יִם בְּ֝פַרְעֹ֗ה וּבְכָל־עֲבָדָֽיו׃

He sent signs and portents against Egypt,
against Pharaoh and all his servants;

and slew numerous kings—

לְסִיח֤וֹן ׀ מֶ֤לֶךְ הָאֱמֹרִ֗י וּ֭לְעוֹג מֶ֣לֶךְ הַבָּשָׁ֑ן וּ֝לְכֹ֗ל מַמְלְכ֥וֹת כְּנָֽעַן׃

and all the royalty of Canaan—

וְנָתַ֣ן אַרְצָ֣ם נַחֲלָ֑ה נַ֝חֲלָ֗ה לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֥ל עַמּֽוֹ׃

and gave their lands as a heritage,
as a heritage to His people Israel.

יְ֭הוָה שִׁמְךָ֣ לְעוֹלָ֑ם יְ֝הוָ֗ה זִכְרְךָ֥ לְדֹר־וָדֹֽר׃

O LORD, Your name endures forever,
Your fame, O LORD, through all generations;

O LORD, Thy name endureth for ever; Thy memorial, O LORD, throughout all generations.
ה׳ שִׁמְךָ לְעוֹלָם. כִּגְדֻלָּתְךָ וּכְמֶמְשַׁלְתְּךָ אָז כֵּן הוּא גַּם עַתָּה, וְהַיְּכֹלֶת בְּיָדְךָ לָדוּן וְלִנְקֹם נִקְמָתֵנוּ:
O Lord, Your name is eternal Like Your greatness and Your authority then, so is it also now, and You have the power to judge and to avenge us.

כִּֽי־יָדִ֣ין יְהוָ֣ה עַמּ֑וֹ וְעַל־עֲ֝בָדָ֗יו יִתְנֶחָֽם׃

for the LORD will champion His people,
and obtain satisfaction for His servants.

For the LORD will judge His people, And repent Himself for His servants.
כִּי יָדִין ה׳ עַמּוֹ. יִשְׁפֹּט מִשְׁפָּטָם מֵאוֹיְבֵיהֶם:
For the Lord will judge His people He will judge their judgment from their enemies.
יִתְנֶחָם. יִתְעַשֵּׁת (יִתְעַכֵּב):
and relent He will have another thought.

עֲצַבֵּ֣י הַ֭גּוֹיִם כֶּ֣סֶף וְזָהָ֑ב מַ֝עֲשֵׂ֗ה יְדֵ֣י אָדָֽם׃

they have eyes, but cannot see;

אַף אֵין יֶשׁ רוּחַ בְּפִיהֶם. גַּם רוּחַ אֵין בְּפִיהֶם אֲפִלּוּ כַּבְּהֵמָה זוֹ, כָּל שֶׁכֵּן שֶׁלֹּא יְדַבְּרוּ כְּאָדָם. וּמֵאַחַר שֶׁאֵין בָּהֶם רוּחַ, אֵין צָרִיךְ לְפָרֵשׁ רוּחַ הַחֹטֶם. אַף זֶה פַּתָּח, וְ״אַף לָהֶם וְלֹא יְרִיחוּן״ (תהלים קטו:ו) קָמַץ (ס״א אינו):
neither is there any breath in their mouth There is not even any breath in their mouth like an animal. Now, since they have no breath [in the mouth], he need not explain [that they do not have] the breath of the nose. This אף is vowelized with a “pattah,” whereas (115:6): “they have a nose (אף) but they do not smell,” is vowelized with a “kamatz.” (This is not found in all editions.)

כְּ֭מוֹהֶם יִהְי֣וּ עֹשֵׂיהֶ֑ם כֹּ֭ל אֲשֶׁר־בֹּטֵ֣חַ בָּהֶֽם׃

Those who fashion them,
all who trust in them,
shall become like them.

They that make them shall be like unto them; Yea, every one that trusteth in them.

O house of Levi, bless the LORD;

יִרְאֵי ה׳. אֵלּוּ הַגֵּרִים (מדרש תהלים כב:כט) (מצאתי):
those who fear the Lord These are the proselytes (I found this).

בָּ֘ר֤וּךְ יְהוָ֨ה ׀ מִצִּיּ֗וֹן שֹׁ֘כֵ֤ן יְֽרוּשָׁלִָ֗ם הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ׃

Blessed is the LORD from Zion,
He who dwells in Jerusalem.
