תהלים קמ"ה
א׳ תְּהִלָּ֗ה לְדָ֫וִ֥ד אֲרוֹמִמְךָ֣ אֱלוֹהַ֣י הַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וַאֲבָרֲכָ֥ה שִׁ֝מְךָ֗ לְעוֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃
1 A song of praise. Of David.
I will extol You, my God and king,
and bless Your name forever and ever.
1 [A Psalm of] praise; of David. I will extol Thee, my God, O King; And I will bless Thy name for ever and ever.
ב׳ בְּכָל־י֥וֹם אֲבָרֲכֶ֑ךָּ וַאֲהַלְלָ֥ה שִׁ֝מְךָ֗ לְעוֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃
2 Every day will I bless You
and praise Your name forever and ever.
2 Every day will I bless Thee; And I will praise Thy name for ever and ever.
ג׳ גָּ֘ד֤וֹל יְהוָ֣ה וּמְהֻלָּ֣ל מְאֹ֑ד וְ֝לִגְדֻלָּת֗וֹ אֵ֣ין חֵֽקֶר׃
3 Great is the LORD and much acclaimed;
His greatness cannot be fathomed.
3 Great is the LORD, and highly to be praised; And His greatness is unsearchable.
ד׳ דּ֣וֹר לְ֭דוֹר יְשַׁבַּ֣ח מַעֲשֶׂ֑יךָ וּגְב֖וּרֹתֶ֣יךָ יַגִּֽידוּ׃
4 One generation shall laud Your works to another
and declare Your mighty acts.
4 One generation shall laud Thy works to another, And shall declare Thy mighty acts.
ה׳ הֲ֭דַר כְּב֣וֹד הוֹדֶ֑ךָ וְדִבְרֵ֖י נִפְלְאוֹתֶ֣יךָ אָשִֽׂיחָה׃
5 The glorious majesty of Your splendor
and Your wondrous acts will I recite.
5 The glorious splendour of Thy majesty, And Thy wondrous works, will I rehearse.
ו׳ וֶעֱז֣וּז נוֹרְאֹתֶ֣יךָ יֹאמֵ֑רוּ וגדולתיך [וּגְדוּלָּתְךָ֥] אֲסַפְּרֶֽנָּה׃
6 Men shall talk of the might of Your awesome deeds,
and I will recount Your greatness.
6 And men shall speak of the might of Thy tremendous acts; And I will tell of Thy greatness.
ז׳ זֵ֣כֶר רַב־טוּבְךָ֣ יַבִּ֑יעוּ וְצִדְקָתְךָ֥ יְרַנֵּֽנוּ׃
7 They shall celebrate Your abundant goodness,
and sing joyously of Your beneficence.
7 They shall utter the fame of Thy great goodness, And shall sing of Thy righteousness.
ח׳ חַנּ֣וּן וְרַח֣וּם יְהוָ֑ה אֶ֥רֶךְ אַ֝פַּ֗יִם וּגְדָל־חָֽסֶד׃
8 The LORD is gracious and compassionate,
slow to anger and abounding in kindness.
8 The LORD is gracious, and full of compassion; Slow to anger, and of great mercy.
ט׳ טוֹב־יְהוָ֥ה לַכֹּ֑ל וְ֝רַחֲמָ֗יו עַל־כָּל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃
9 The LORD is good to all,
and His mercy is upon all His works.
9 The LORD is good to all; And His tender mercies are over all His works.
י׳ יוֹד֣וּךָ יְ֭הוָה כָּל־מַעֲשֶׂ֑יךָ וַ֝חֲסִידֶ֗יךָ יְבָרֲכֽוּכָה׃
10 All Your works shall praise You, O LORD,
and Your faithful ones shall bless You.
10 All Thy works shall praise Thee, O LORD; And Thy saints shall bless Thee.
י"א כְּב֣וֹד מַלְכוּתְךָ֣ יֹאמֵ֑רוּ וּגְבוּרָתְךָ֥ יְדַבֵּֽרוּ׃
11 They shall talk of the majesty of Your kingship,
and speak of Your might,
11 They shall speak of the glory of Thy kingdom, And talk of Thy might;
י"ב לְהוֹדִ֤יעַ ׀ לִבְנֵ֣י הָ֭אָדָם גְּבוּרֹתָ֑יו וּ֝כְב֗וֹד הֲדַ֣ר מַלְכוּתֽוֹ׃
12 to make His mighty acts known among men
and the majestic glory of His kingship.
12 To make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, And the glory of the majesty of His kingdom.
י"ג מַֽלְכוּתְךָ֗ מַלְכ֥וּת כָּל־עֹֽלָמִ֑ים וּ֝מֶֽמְשֶׁלְתְּךָ֗ בְּכָל־דּ֥וֹר וָדֽוֹר׃
13 Your kingship is an eternal kingship;
Your dominion is for all generations.
13 Thy kingdom is a kingdom for all ages, And Thy dominion endureth throughout all generations.
י"ד סוֹמֵ֣ךְ יְ֭הוָה לְכָל־הַנֹּפְלִ֑ים וְ֝זוֹקֵ֗ף לְכָל־הַכְּפוּפִֽים׃
14 The LORD supports all who stumble,
and makes all who are bent stand straight.
14 The LORD upholdeth all that fall, And raiseth up all those that are bowed down.
ט"ו עֵֽינֵי־כֹ֭ל אֵלֶ֣יךָ יְשַׂבֵּ֑רוּ וְאַתָּ֤ה נֽוֹתֵן־לָהֶ֖ם אֶת־אָכְלָ֣ם בְּעִתּֽוֹ׃
15 The eyes of all look to You expectantly,
and You give them their food when it is due.
15 The eyes of all wait for Thee, And Thou givest them their food in due season.
ט"ז פּוֹתֵ֥חַ אֶת־יָדֶ֑ךָ וּמַשְׂבִּ֖יעַ לְכָל־חַ֣י רָצֽוֹן׃
16 You give it openhandedly,
feeding every creature to its heart’s content.
16 Thou openest Thy hand, And satisfiest every living thing with favour.
י"ז צַדִּ֣יק יְ֭הוָה בְּכָל־דְּרָכָ֑יו וְ֝חָסִ֗יד בְּכָל־מַעֲשָֽׂיו׃
17 The LORD is beneficent in all His ways
and faithful in all His works.
17 The LORD is righteous in all His ways, And gracious in all His works.
י"ח קָר֣וֹב יְ֭הוָה לְכָל־קֹרְאָ֑יו לְכֹ֤ל אֲשֶׁ֖ר יִקְרָאֻ֣הוּ בֶאֱמֶֽת׃
18 The LORD is near to all who call Him,
to all who call Him with sincerity.
18 The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon Him, To all that call upon Him in truth.
י"ט רְצוֹן־יְרֵאָ֥יו יַעֲשֶׂ֑ה וְֽאֶת־שַׁוְעָתָ֥ם יִ֝שְׁמַ֗ע וְיוֹשִׁיעֵֽם׃
19 He fulfills the wishes of those who fear Him;
He hears their cry and delivers them.
19 He will fulfil the desire of them that fear Him; He also will hear their cry, and will save them.
כ׳ שׁוֹמֵ֣ר יְ֭הוָה אֶת־כָּל־אֹהֲבָ֑יו וְאֵ֖ת כָּל־הָרְשָׁעִ֣ים יַשְׁמִֽיד׃
20 The LORD watches over all who love Him,
but all the wicked He will destroy.
20 The LORD preserveth all them that love Him; But all the wicked will He destroy.
כ"א תְּהִלַּ֥ת יְהוָ֗ה יְֽדַבֶּ֫ר־פִּ֥י וִיבָרֵ֣ךְ כָּל־בָּ֭שָׂר שֵׁ֥ם קָדְשׁ֗וֹ לְעוֹלָ֥ם וָעֶֽד׃
21 My mouth shall utter the praise of the LORD,
and all creatures shall bless His holy name forever and ever.
21 My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD; And let all flesh bless His holy name for ever and ever.
